Haaty is India’s Curated digital bazaar offering thoughtfully curated products across categories such as clothing, jewellery and accessories.

5. Product Availability

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Haaty and payment has already been received, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the Order Policy and applicable law.
8. "Try Your Price" Feature – Thoda Kam?
Haaty may make the "Try Your Price" feature available on selected products, subject to the following terms:
The "Try Your Price" feature is available only on eligible finds displayed in the Thoda Kam Section.
The "Try Your Price" price is determined by Haaty and will be lower than the listed price of the eligible product.
The "Try Your Price" feature can be used a maximum of three times per product, subject to applicable system limitations.
A "Try Your Price" price does not reserve or guarantee the availability of a product till it has been purchased.
"Try Your Price" prices cannot be combined with any other discount, promotional code or offer, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Haaty reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the "Try Your Price" feature at any time.
Haaty may restrict or withdraw access to the "Try Your Price" feature in the event of misuse, fraudulent activity, technical errors or other circumstances requiring such action.
Any purchase made using a "Try Your Price" price will be subject to these Terms and the applicable Haaty policies.
9. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation containing relevant Order details.
An order confirmation does not prevent Haaty from cancelling an order where there is a legitimate reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud or technical errors.
10. Payments
Payments may be made using the payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment service providers.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided for your order.
Haaty is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by third-party payment systems, subject to applicable law.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped and delivered in accordance with Haaty’s Shipping Policy.
Any delivery timeline displayed on the website is an estimated timeframe unless expressly stated otherwise.

Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
